1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ServeEZ. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

ServeEZ provides a platform for creating and managing digital menus for restaurants, cafes, and other food establishments. Our services are available through the website serveez.online.

These services are provided by Kyrpatenko Pavlo Andriiovych (hereinafter referred to as 'ServeEZ', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), an individual operating in Ukraine with Taxpayer Identification Number (IPN) 3482003496.

2. Description of Services

ServeEZ provides the following services:

• Creation and management of digital menus for restaurants and food establishments
• Generation of QR codes for quick menu access
• Multi-language menu support
• Visit analytics and dish popularity tracking
• Tools for managing categories, dishes, and prices
• Ability to upload dish images

3. Account Registration

To use the full functionality of ServeEZ, you need to register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all actions performed through your account

4. Pricing and Payment

ServeEZ offers a free 14-day trial period, after which you can choose one of the paid plans:

• Monthly subscription: $11/month
• Annual subscription: $114/year ($9.50/month when paid annually)

Payment is processed through secure payment systems (Paddle and other payment gateways). Prices are listed in US dollars and may change with prior notice.

Subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it in advance.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy. Generally, we do not provide refunds for partially used subscription periods, except as required by law.

6. Content Usage

You retain all rights to the content you upload to ServeEZ (text, images, dish descriptions, etc.). By uploading content, you grant ServeEZ a license to use, store, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

You warrant that:

• You own the rights to all uploaded content
• Content does not infringe on third-party copyrights
• Content does not contain illegal or offensive material

7. Prohibited Actions

When using ServeEZ, you may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or other harmful technologies
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our system
• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent activity
• Copy, modify, or distribute our software
• Use automated systems to access the service without our permission

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to the ServeEZ platform, including software, design, logos, and trademarks, belong to ServeEZ or our licensors.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform in accordance with these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

ServeEZ is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServeEZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through service notifications.

Continued use of ServeEZ after changes are made means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ServeEZ at any time for violation of these Terms or other lawful reasons, with or without prior notice.

After account termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11A. Compliance and Legal Obligations

The Service Provider guarantees:

• Compliance with all applicable laws of Ukraine and international legislation
• Conducting lawful commercial activities
• Proper processing of personal data in accordance with GDPR and Ukrainian legislation on personal data protection
• Notifying users of any significant legislative changes affecting the services

12. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, in particular the Civil Code of Ukraine. The parties agree that these terms constitute a public offer in accordance with Articles 633-641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved by Ukrainian courts in accordance with applicable legislation.

13. Privacy Policy

We take the privacy of your personal data seriously. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

14. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with ServeEZ. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may use our refund policy.

Refund conditions:

• You can request a full refund within 14 days from the subscription payment.
• Refunds are only available for the first payment (does not apply to subscription renewals).

• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
• Funds are returned to the same payment method used for payment.
